Industry, the
world over, is viewing Business Process
Outsourcing (BPO) as a way to reduce
costs, improve competitiveness, gain
flexibility and reduce operational risks.
Nearly all research on BPO suggests robust
growth for these services especially in
India. Already, we are being considered as
front-runners in the process outsourcing
