The Indian e-commerce industry is likely to grow at a compounded annual growth rate (CAGR) of 35 per cent and is poised to cross the $100-billion mark in value over the next five years. The Indian e-commerce industry is valued at around $17 billion in 2014.
The Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), established in 1920 as India's Apex Chamber, also known as the “Knowledge Chamber” with a Membership of over 4,50,000 companies and professionals across the country has been at the forefront of advocating policy interventions for the growth of Industry and the overall economy. We have a very active National Council on e-Commerce which has been organizing several programs related to the e-Commerce sector in the country.
The ASSOCHAM National Council on e-Commerce is organising the 4TH NATIONAL CONCLAVE eCOMMERCE INDIA on Friday, 10th April, 2015 at Hotel Imperial, Janpath, New Delhi. The Objective of this Conclave is to understand the future scope and growth opportunities in this industry and deliberate upon the current issues and challenges.
