Besides domestic commercial disputes, a phenomenal increase in international commerce has made disputes between parties of different nationalities common. The problem is not only of numbers but more so of the urgency attached to most of these disputes which mean great loss for the businesses.


 Arbitration is recognized as effective tool of dispute resolution as it has flexibility, lower costs, shorter time, privacy, selection of decision makers thereby  broader party satisfaction. Proceedings in courts  involve notoriety and expose the internal and private affairs of the parties to public.  


In order to impart knowledge in the techniques & procedure of arbitration, ASSOCHAM International Council of Alternate Dispute Resolution (AICADR)  in collaboration with Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) is organizing a two day Advance Training Course on Techniques & Procedure of Arbitration on 17th & 18th March, 2017, at Hotel Royal Plaza, New Delhi. The course will be useful particularly for legal and arbitration practioners, young professionals of law firms, legal and commercial managers of public & private sectors, chartered engineers, chartered accountants, shipping experts, teachers of law and all others who are involved in the actual practice and procedure of arbitration.
