ASSOCHAM in collaboration with World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) and Indian Patent Office is organizing “Roving Seminar on the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT)” on 20th June, 2019 at Dehradun, Uttarakhand.


To share the knowledge about the use of PCT System in protecting the inventions globally

·         To provide information to the Indian inventors & applicants about the recent developments in PCT system

·     To benefit filing of PCT International applications through the EPCT portal, for natural persons, small entities and startup companies etc.

·      To benefit using of services of Indian Patent Office as Receiving Office (RO), International Preliminary Examining Authority (ISA/IPEA)
