09 December, 2015, Hotel Shangri La, New Delhi

About the Event  | Register Online

Heavy minerals are inputs to several industries that sustain modern developmental needs. Ironically, despite possessing some of the largest global mineral reserves, the total annual production of heavy minerals in India is among the lowest. While the sector needs conducive policies to boost annual output, lack of value-addition facilities is a major constraint due to which heavy minerals are largely exported.
In order to discuss the above and the related issues affecting the development of heavy mineral segment of the mining sector, ASSOCHAM is organizing a Round Table on “Extracting value from Heavy minerals”on 9th December 2015 at Hotel Shangri – La, New Delhi.
