About the event  | Brochure

India is considered as one of the most promising and growing economies in the world and attracted many companies related to agri-business and food business. Therefore, it is important for the stakeholders to create robust cold chain infrastructure in the food producing hubs of the country like North Eastern States. There is a huge potential for the Food and Agri business to flourish in North Eastern States. Diary has an immense potential if the Cold Chain infrastructure is strengthened. Fruits like pineapple, passion fruit and orange get wasted in large numbers due to lack of Cold Chain infrastructure. The lack of an efficient cold chain is one of the major impediments to the growth of a strong and efficient agro products market particularly in perishables in North Eastern States.
