The Background

With the global business market moving towards the concept of Responsible Corporate Citizen, by demonstrating its initiatives on Sustainability and CSR, apart from creating wealth for the society; taking a step forward from organizing CSR Excellence Awards for 8 years. This year, ASSOCHAM intends to carry forward the existing legacy andcall for recognition of companies’ performances on Sustainability and CSR pertaining to the financial year 2015-16 in the ASSOCHAM 9th RESPONSIBLE ORGANIZATION EXCELLENCE AWARDS 2016-17.

  • Annexure # 2 – General Information of the Company: The participating company needs to mandatorily fill in the basic details mentioned in this annexure.
  • Annexure # 3 – Evaluation Questionnaire
The participating company needs to fill in the details of Annexure # 3. Furnishing of details against this section is mandatory – the company would be evaluated based on proof of documentations furnished to substantiate their claims and information declared, followed by site reviews carried out by independent reviewers. Any company not sending the filled in details of this section, will be disqualified.
