Never before in Indias economic history has 'entrepreneurship' been given such a centre stage by the Government and policy makers. With the launch of 'Start Up India – Stand Up India” initiative by Govt. of India, entrepreneurship is being looked at as a feasible career option among all the segments of Indian demography.
ASSOCHAM is organizing the “Startup National Sammelan- Empowerment of SC, ST, and Women Entrepreneurs” on 19th September 2017 at Hotel Le Meridien, New Delhi to bring the Startup entrepreneurs especially from SC, ST and Women community and services providers and stakeholders including Government departments onto a common platform to deliberate upon converting the new business ventures into profitable propositions in all possible aspects.
The objective of the summit is to facilitate SC/ST and Women Start Ups to get into more conducive ecosystem for growth and also getting small entrepreneurs connected with the right service facilitators like banks, NBFCs, venture capitalists, Legal firms, technology providers, PR firms, consultancy, angel investors, exchanges, ecommerce companies and many more.
Shri Thaawarchand Gehlot, Hon’ble Minister for Social Justice and Empowerment, GoI and Shri Krishan Pal Gurjar, Hon’ble Minister of State for Social Justice & Empowerment, GoI both will be joining us at this occasion. Besides, Mission Director, Atal Innovation Mission and Chairperson, National Commission for Women have also confirmed to address the occasion.
