MobilityNext 2047 - Driving Innovation, Partnerships and Policy for Electric Mobility

India’s electric mobility transition has evolved from a policy aspiration to a strategic national imperative. As the country advances towards its target of 30% electric vehicle penetration by 2030 and the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047, the next phase of growth will be defined not only by technology adoption but by the strength of partnerships, investment, policy coherence, and ecosystem-wide collaboration. Electric mobility now sits at the intersection of energy security, industrial competitiveness, climate leadership, urban sustainability, and economic transformation.

Telangana has emerged as one of India’s leading electric mobility destinations, combining progressive policy, manufacturing capability, innovation ecosystems, and a strong investment climate. With Hyderabad rapidly establishing itself as a national hub for clean mobility, the state offers an ideal platform to shape the future of India’s EV ecosystem.

Against this backdrop, the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM), in partnership with the Government of Telangana and with the Administrative Staff College of India (ASCI) as Knowledge Partner, presents MobilityNext 2047 – Driving Innovation, Partnerships and Policy for Electric Mobility, from 9–12 September 2026 in Hyderabad, commencing on World EV Day. Conceived as India’s premier leadership forum for electric mobility, the two-day Conference and four-day Expo will convene global and national policymakers, industry leaders, investors, technology innovators, financial institutions, start-ups, researchers, and mobility pioneers to catalyse investment, advance policy dialogue, forge transformative partnerships, and define the roadmap for India\'s next generation of sustainable mobility.a
