IPR Conclave 2024

India's competitiveness in intellectual property is expected to lay the groundwork for it to become a global hub for innovation. Additionally, a dedicated to promoting intellectual property through global collaboration, facilitating more seamless trade ties, and providing access to worldwide markets. But While the development of the internet and new technologies like artificial intelligence has opened up new avenues for the creation and dissemination of intellectual property, it has also made it more challenging to uphold preexisting rights. Creating a rich, diverse, and powerful intellectual property ecosystem is critical to preparing a road plan for a Viksit Bharat.

One of the most industrialized states. Gujarat maintains a diverse range of sectors, and its per capita GDP is much higher than India's average. Gujarat's MSMEs and startups make a substantial contribution to the country's overall economic growth. The state has once again achieved the top spot in the "state startup ranking," and it will attract more investment to become an appealing business destination. To strengthen and support the invention and innovation of states' MSMEs and startups, it is also critical to preserve their intellectual property (IP). 

To foster awareness, collaboration, and strategic utilization of intellectual property rights (IPR) among startups and micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council is organizing IPR Conclave 2024: Innovation Ecosystem: - Leveraging IPR for Growth of Startups and MSMEs in Gujarat on 26th April 2024 from 10:00 AM Onwards @ at Renaissance Hotel, Ahmedabad. 

The Conclave will bring together experts, practitioners, and thought leaders in the field of intellectual property rights. The conclave will also provide a platform for sharing knowledge, discussing emerging trends, and fostering collaboration among professionals from various domains.
