Greetings from ASSOCHAM
The NBFC sector has continuously played a critical role in encouraging growth of the Indian economy and also it is the important financing tool for Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and hence needs to be nurtured appropriately.
We in ASSOCHAM believe that there is urgent need to take steps to propel its growth by policymakers as well as by regulators. In this backdrop, ASSOCHAM in association with Finance Industry Development Council (FIDC) is organizing its fourth edition of NBFCs summit: A Bright Spot in the Economy, scheduled to be held on 23rd August 2017 in New Delhi.
The summit mainly highlights the role of NBFCs in promoting economic growth of India. It also sets forth various strengths, opportunities, challenges and problems faced by this sector and the way forward.
Key Areas for Discussions:-
· NBFCs – Drawing Attention
· Is Small Beautiful for NBFCs?
· GST on NBFCs.
Price Waterhouse Cooper (PwC) is the knowledge partner of this initiative.
The deliberations at the summit will serve as a game-changer and help authorities in addressing the apprehensions and issues raised by different stakeholders.
