As India continues to emerge as a global technology and digital innovation hub, the Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics (AVGC) sector is becoming a key driver of the country's creative economy. ASSOCHAM's AVGC Council was established to identify emerging opportunities in the sector and bring together industry leaders, policymakers, technology enablers, creators, and other stakeholders to accelerate its growth.

The ASSOCHAM AVGC Council serves as an Industry Policy Forum, fostering industry collaboration, business competitiveness, regulatory reforms, and public policy advocacy to strengthen India's AVGC ecosystem. Aligned with the vision of Digital India and Viksit Bharat 2047, the Council promotes innovation, skill development, investment opportunities, and industry-led initiatives that position India as a global hub for the AVGC sector.
